The 2012 vintage is in the prime of life but… in a very limited quantity.
This five-year-old vintage has acquired the roundness of age without losing the freshness or the variety of its aromas of mocha and blackcurrant.
Lively and full-bodied, this wine lets burst in the mouth an array of exotic sensations, coffee, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. To be put in a carafe if possible.
Here is our “beginner”. Full of ardor, it provides evocations of ripe fruits, prunes, cherries, and to finish, notes of chocolate.
Matured in French oak barrels, this « Traditional” with a beautiful structure caresses the palate with a hint of licorice and ginger on a silky tannins background.
Spring festival : peach, apricot, autumn festival, quince and ripe fruits, this sweet makes you relive beautiful seasons of the year.
Sweet, delicious, full-bodied and rich in mango, vanilla and acacia honey flavours. For a long time confined to foie gras and dessert, liqueur and sweet wines also subtly enhance white meats, blue cheeses, melons, exotic fruits and spicy dishes. Be creative and compose, at your leisure, light fruit cocktails.
