The 2012 vintage is in the prime of life but… in a very limited quantity.

Here is our “beginner”. Full of ardor, it provides evocations of ripe fruits, prunes, cherries, and to finish, notes of chocolate.

Vins rouges : 13 hectares produisant 65 tonneaux soit un rendement de 45hectos / hectare.
Red wines: 13 hectares producing 65 barrels, a yield of 45 hectoliters/hectare.
White wines: 2 hectares producing 6 barrels, a yield of 27 hectoliters/hectare

Duration of vatting between 21 and 30 days.
Combined maturation: 90% in vats and 10% in barrels. Bottling after 36 months of aging.
